BASICS
To get you
moving in the right direction toward ‘better-ness’, here are
some important basics for you to digest.
By and large, we are so gung
ho for the quick ‘n easy fix for everything
that some really basic, really vital points
are overlooked, lost the shuffle of ‘modern living. "I
don’t have time to stand over a stove three
times a day.“
Well, it CAN
be done efficiently. Cook a big amount, freeze the excess.
Every time I’m cooking
it right, I know I’m taking good care of myself and in
essence putting ‘money’ in my body/health/muscle
bank, investing it for later withdrawal.
Some ol’ timey grandma stuff is what I’m
referring to. Not all of it, of course.
Just the proven, tried and true. So pardon my
being obvious,
but this stuff is important and it works.
WATER. Because the
human body is composed of 76% water, high quality drinking water is essential. Eight glasses
a day is the bare minimum.
Reverse-osmosis processed, mineral water sounds good, but the truth is most waters are acidic (bottled water included). Sodas are VERY acidic and cause the perfect enviroment for disease and fatty acid wastes to accumulate!

vertical. "Upside-down-ism"
is about the purest, safest,
surest medicine I know of.
TAKE A LOAD OFF
Your legs and feet get a
much needed rest from the constant pull of gravity. Five minutes
in this position, close you eyes,
let your mind go to your ‘happy
place,’ it'll feel like
several hours of deep sleep.
Get up slowly! Roll over, up
onto all
fours,
stretch like a cat or dog, breath
deeply. Stand up slowly.
Aaahhhh!
Instant
rejuvenation. And what’d
it cost? Nada. Just five minutes of quality time
with your best bud, you!
